ArtCan is offering a variety of pre-made meals. All our options are made from scratch and frozen to preserve freshness. We use local ingredients whenever possible. We hope this service provides nourishment and comfort during these uncertain times and beyond.

SOUPS: $6 (500ml)

CARROT & GINGER (gf, vg)                                                       Local carrots roasted with aromatics and blended with fresh ginger to create a creamy, warming soup.

TURMERIC LEMON LENTIL (gf, vg)   Red lentils cooked in turmeric and vegetable broth with a bright note of fresh lemon juice.

WINTER VEGETABLE & WHITE BEAN (gf, vg) A variety of winter vegetables and white beans cooked in a dill and parsley infused vegetable broth.

CREAMY POTATO & BROCCOLI (gf) Organic potatoes and chicken broth blended into a creamy base with bites of roasted broccoli florets, topped with parmesan and black pepper.

TOM YUM WITH SHRIMP (gf, dairy free) A Thai style hot and sour soup. Mixed Vegetables and shrimp cooked in a lime leaf and chili infused broth.

SPICY BRAZILIAN BLACK BEAN (gf, vg)  Black beans cooked in aromatic spices and vegetable broth with an addition of jalapeños and orange segments creates this spicy South American style soup.

CURRY’S: (500ML)

CHICKEN COCONUT CURRY $10 (gf, dairy-free) organic local chicken and a medley of vegetable cooked in a mildly spiced coconut sauce and topped with sesame seeds.

ALOO GOBI $8 (gf, vg) Roasted potatoes, cauliflower and green peas tossed in cumin seeds, turmeric, lime juice and cilantro.

 

ENTREES:

ROASTED VEGETABLE AND SPINACH LASAGNA $12 (veg) A rich tomato sauce with pieces of roasted zucchini and mushrooms layered with pasta, spinach, a blend of cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese and a creamy béchamel sauce.
